How Can the Symptoms of Endometriosis Be So Easily Missed?
Endometriosis actually has many other symptoms which may seem unrelated to the condition but are in fact closely linked to the condition.
When reviewing the parallel Symptoms of Endometriosis, we can gain a better understanding of how easy it is for women to get a misdiagnosis for many years. Digestion is one of the key symptoms which is often simply put down to Irritable Bowel Syndrome or poor diet. Though women with endometriosis should certainly maintain a healthier diet, this alone will not solve the constant bloating, digestive fluctuations and soreness in the abdominal area. Poor digestion is however a symptom of endometriosis which is reflected by the hormonal imbalance of the condition.
Take each every symptom of endometriosis and add them onto one list and it may be easier to assess whether you have the condition. Even symptoms such as Emotional Sensitivity and Nausea are within the symptom range of endometriosis.
It was only once I started to analyze the symptoms of my entire body that I was able to see their correlation to the one condition of endometriosis. They seemed separate but in actual fact, due to the hormonal imbalance caused with endometriosis, they are very much related. Our hormones control many elements within the body. Not just the Uterus and our monthly cycle but our skin, our emotions and even our digestion.
My tactic to therefore reduce and potentially get rid of the endometriosis was to tackle each symptom independently and focus on healing the whole body holistically. It is amazing how all the elements relate to each other and how having a single focus with healing endometriosis makes it ineffective. I for instance noted that many doctors simply focus on healing the hormonal imbalance of endometriosis. No focus is given to why there is a hormonal imbalance or the surrounding issues as to why this may be so.
Through my personal research I have discovered that the liver and lymphatic system should be the main focus for healing endometriosis and not solely the hormonal imbalance connected to the condition. The liver and lymphatic systems are responsible for flushing out excess toxins in the body. When these toxins accumulate in the body, they cause inflammation and allergic reactions as well as a lowered immune system.
